in 1989, to provide construction services to residential,
commercial and government clients. He is a licensed general
contractor with more than fourteen (14)years of experience
in the construction industry. The company is a certified
minority-owned business enterprise with Maryland Department
of Transportation (#97425), the city of Baltimore (#03254)
and several other local jurisdictions in the Washington-Baltimore
region. The company is insured and bonded and has
earned a stellar reputation for customer satisfaction in
the commercial and residential markets. We are long term
members of the Better Business Bureau.

a staff of experienced project managers, contract administrators,
rough and finish carpenters and skilled mechanics. In addition, maintains
a network of associations with other prime contractors and
subcontractors in specialty trades which provide reliable
resource support for implementing new construction or renovation

Aaron
D. Thompson founded Enterprises
in 1989, to provide construction services to residential,
commercial and government clients. He is a licensed general
contractor with more than fourteen (14)years of experience
in the construction industry. Since 1989, the company has experienced
dramatic growth and has developed a reputation in the construction
industry for customer satisfaction based on careful and
attractive renovations and installations of siding, windows,
doors, and decks. Over the past fifteen (15) years, Mr.
Thompson has successfully expanded the range of services
offered by the company to a full service general construction
firm providing new construction, major renovations, carpentry,
electrical, plastering and drywall, and other construction
services for residential and commercial properties.

OLAOYE
PROJECT MANAGER
Mr.
Olaoye has experience in quantity surveying ("estimating")
and construction management.
He has provided estimating and construction management
work on various projects during his 15-years in Baltimore.
Recently, Mr. Olaoye provided project engineering services
on the Baltimore Zoo project, and also coordinated minority
participation and subcontractors' logistics. Mr. Olaoye
is a graduate from Yaba College of Technology, Lagos, Nigeria,
with a degree in Quantity Surveying, 1980; and the University
of Maryland Eastern Shore, B. S., Construction Management
(Civil Engineering concentration), 1986.
